Abstract

QRL (Squirrel) is the answer!
After a client setup of a few minutes, creating a login on a compatible website is as easy as clicking a button.

  • Open source.
  • Anonymous.
  • Websites have no secrets to keep.
  • Full recovery possible.
  • Identity cancelling and changing is possible in cases of (suspected) client compromise.
  • Clients for all major platforms.
  • Plug-ins for all major browsers.
  • Modules for many server-side languages and authentication protocols.

Nick Cohn will show you the concepts and basics and give you more information on how to use SQRL on your websites.

Biography

Nick spent many years as a Sys Admin. First with Windows, then UNIX and Linux. For many years he’s moved more and more into security, mostly Identity and Access Management. Doing Pen Testing taught him that he prefers to help solve problems rather than just telling people what they are doing wrong. Currently he’s a Cloud Security Risk Manager at ASML and inspiring the next generation of engineers with Bloodhound LSR.
